Alt-Fest

I'm just wondering if anybody else has bought a campervan pass and is having trouble contacting alt-fest to let them know they will be bringing a Mobi instead.
Sent a few emails now but had nothing back from anybody.
I don't want to just rock-up on the day with everything crossed!
