Your best bet would be to contact Ticketlogic via their support page (here); you will be able to submit a request from there.

They should be able to assist you, but don't hesitate to come back to us if you have any further problems.

I'm french, so I hope you will understand what I'm saying.

I have a big problem, I tried since 3 hours to get my ticket (£85 + Party camping + donation for Sophie), and I hope that I have not paid 10 times (because I clicked between 10 and 20 times... =O), I did'nt received any mail of confirmation and it is the last day for ticket £85.

Can you help me ? How can I know if I have my ticket or not ? I can't pay 20 tickets ! Yeewww

Firstly, do not worry, we will rectify any problems.

The best thing to do is:

1. Go to this address: ticketlogic.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new -- it will allow you to send a help mail
2. Write down the detail, as you did here.. they will assist you.

How can I know, if I have my ticket ? And if I have 20 tickets ?!
