Ordered our tickets in May. opted to have them delivered by post.....should I have received them by now?

I got an email on the 18th of July saying (amongst other stuff) this:

"Festival passes will be dispatched over the next 3 weeks and you will receive a confirmation email once yours has left the building. Packages will fit through a standard letterbox."
