Critics hailed their album Judgement (2007), as one of their strongest albums to date. The album showed a big step forward in terms of the band’s definitive songwriting, production and music styles, and its mix of a broad range of contemporary alternative music with the distinctive VNV Nation sound. After the release of the album, an unofficial video was created for the song “Illusion”, from the album, which has been played 1.2 million times on Youtube, alone. The album has sold over 50,000 copies to date.
